Shirt Coat with Pockets

Wow, November already!  This year seems to have gone by much too fast.  So I had better share my lasted project.  Actually my friend turned me on to the book and she made this exact coat.  I tried it on and it looked awesome, so I wanted to make one too.

Simple Modern Sewing is the title of the book.  On Wednesday last week I started this new project and finished yesterday.  I love how it turned out.  Eight different buttons gives it even more of an Artsy flair.

I can't wait to wear it.  Its made of Linen fabric and I got a say was relatively easy to put together.
