Hanna's Graduation

Time does NOT stand still!  As I was preparing all things for Hanna's graduation, I wondered...........were the last 17 yrs. went?!?  How time sometimes felt like it was standing still and then all of a sudden it had slipped through the fingertips.  I did enjoy looking at the years gone by.  I was crazy busy last week getting things ready and it wasn't until all the kids walked out to their seats, that it really hit me.  The tears came rolling down my cheek and there was nothing I could do to stop them.  It was so sweet my son Miles put his arms around me and told me "it's OK" Mom!

Life is good!  I stood in the nose bleed section of Pershing Auditorium with my chin held high, proud of my daughter and all her accomplishments.  And as I look back, there's not too much I would change or do different.  Life is full of surprises of all kinds!

GREAT! My niece graduated last weekend & my sister said all she could see with that "woman" with a cape and gown on was the baby girl she brought home from the hospital 18 years ago. She asked me if she looked old...I told her "no, you look happy and proud". I bet you know exactly how she felt.
